Set up your team

By the end your teammates are in, your videos are organised, and the team wears its own colour.

Invite your teammates

  1. Open your account menu (your photo, top right) and choose Settings.
  2. Under Invite someone, type an email and press Send invite.
  3. They get an email; one click and they are in. Until then they show under Waiting to be accepted, where you can Copy link or Revoke.

Organise your videos

  1. Channels are rooms of a team, like #General or #Sales. Press + beside Channels on the left to add one.
  2. Collections are folders inside a channel. Press + beside Collections to make one.
  3. Right-click a video to move it to another channel or collection, rename it, or delete it.
  4. In a video's ⋯ menu, Choose an image for the video gives it the picture you want on its card.

Make it yours

  1. Click the team card at the top left, then Team color.
  2. Pick a colour: buttons, the background and the badge all take it, in light and dark.

Deleting

Settings → Delete channel removes a channel with all its videos, and Delete team removes the whole team (its owner only). Both ask first and cannot be undone.
